Pack 1 Warwick is a FAMILY PACK which means boys and girls from Kindergarten through the 5th grade are welcome to join. Cub Scouts is still a single gender organization which means Pack 1 Warwick has separate dens for boys and girls. You do not have to go to a particular school or live in a certain area to join. If the day and time works for your family then you can join us. We are a very active Pack with a ton of adventures awaiting your children, our scouts. Cub Scouts is a year long program. We meet regular during the year and in June, July and Aug. we do monthly activities just to say in touch.
Meetings: Pack 1 Warwick meets on Thursday night at Heritage Christian Fellowship located at 358 Warwick Neck Ave, Warwick, RI 02889. Lions meet at 6:15 till a little after 7pm. All other dens meet form 7-8 pm. Pack meetings or special meetings everyone meets at 7pm.
Volunteering: We are fortunate to have a very dedicated staff to run Pack 1 Warwick, but we are always in need of volunteers. AS our pack grows we are always in need Leaders, Committee Members or Parents that can help when needed. So please consider being part of our staff. We have a ball and it shows by how much fun the scouts have at our meeting sand events. Sheba Karter is our Committee Chair and she is always looking for people to help.
Leadership: If you have a question, please feel free to contact them. We are all here to make Pack 1 Warwick the best possible pack around. All our leaders must take Youth Protection Training to keep our youth and adults safe. We adhere to the strict policies of this training. Everyone is welcome to take this online training to understand the guideline we as Cub Scout Leaders must follow.
